 Challenge Task 1: Provision Azure Resources

Step 1 : Go to the Azure Portal. 

Step 2 : From the sidebar, go to the Resource Group section.


Step 3 : Click on Create.


Step 4: Add Details, then click Review + Create, then Create.




Step 5 : From the search bar, search for Document Intelligence.


Step 6 : Click on Create.


Step 7 : Add Details.






Step 8 : Click on Create.



Step 9 : Click on Go to Resource button.


Step 10 : Go to your created resource.


Step 11 : Check all the details and note the API key and Endpoint.




Step 12 : From the search bar, search for Azure OpenAI.


Step 13 : Click on Create and from dropdown select Azure OpenAI.


Step 14 : Add details.




Step 15 : Click on Create.



Step 16 : Click on the Go to Resource button.


Step 17 : Check the details on the overview page and click on Go to the foundry portal, and note the API key and endpoint.





Step 18 : From the sidebar, go to the model catalog and search for gpt-4o-mini.



Step 19 : Check all the details and click on the Use this model button.


Step 20 : Add details and click on the Deploy button.



Step 21 : Note the API key and Endpoint.


Step 22 : Go to the Azure portal and select the Azure document intelligence.


Step 23 : From the overview page, click on Go to Document Intelligence Studio.




Step 24 : Click on Start with Document Intelligence.



Step 25 : Select the OCR/Read under the Document Analysis Section.


Step 26 : Select API Endpoint and Key and add details, click on continue, and then finish.




Step 27 : Check the Analyze Options.


Step 28 : Add documents and click on Run Analysis button.




Challenge Task 2: Build and Deploy the Web App






Step 29 : In the Azure Portal, search for App Services from the search bar.


Step 30 : Click on the create button and select the webapp from the dropdown.


Step 31 : Add the details and click on Review + Create, then create.









Step 32 : Click on Go to Resource button, and check the details on overview page.
